The source location can be England , USA , North Africa basically anywhere but the aim is always the same. This scam rely's on you accepting more than the agreed selling price for the vehicle you are selling. The fraudsters are hoping, after you receive the total cheque amount in your account that you will wire ( via western union ) the cash difference to there account. Sadly by the time the fraudsters have your cash in there hands you are notified by your bank that the original payment by them will not be honored. Result you still have your vehicle as the fraudsters did not want your vehicle in the first place ! . What they were after from you the seller was the cash difference between your asking price and the over payment by them. This amount will be your loss and what they hope to gain. Be warned never accept large cash offers above your original asking price. If in doubt never give personal details or bank details. The reason why i am doing this is that it would take a u.k bank draft sen tfrom over here in israel 50days to clear over there,whereas bank draft sent from within the U.k would clear tops within 2 to 3days to clear in your bank.and it will be much quickly in u.k because immediatly you receive it you are going to take it to the cashed in your bank with 3day because it was drawn out from united kingdom banks . I will also use part of the balance to do the picking up in any location of your choice by my shipping company,i just have to pay them and they will contact their agents in the israel so if my terms are acceptable to you,i would like you to deduct the <B>western union international transfer</B> charges from my balance as well.Pls send me affirmative response with this information give me your full name address and phone numbers so that i can instruct my client to make out the check to you.
